我們家超愛吃飲茶，以前都要去鹽湖城或是拉斯維加斯或是南加才吃得到，在Orem竟然繼上次介紹美式南方手抓海鮮開幕之後，昨天又新開幕了一家港式飲茶！我們真的太幸褔了！相對也知道越來越多的亞洲人搬到了猶他郡！

We love Hong Kong Dim Sum so much. We always had to go all the way to Salt Lake City, Vegas or SouCal for some dim sum. Hey….Didn’t I said similar thing like that before….Yes! After the opening of the Kickin Seafood in Orem, there is a Dim Sum Place Opened just around the Corner in Provo/ Orem boulder. We are totally stoked with all these authentic Asian & Seafood restaurants opened up in Utah County!! Yay!!

今天是開幕第二天，我的夏威夷朋友請我來吃飯，我們是第一組客人～耶！搶到今天的頭香！我的夏威夷朋友的祖父是廣州人，所以他和他爸爸都很愛中式料理！

Yesterday was there first day of opening. We are the first set of the guest for today! I came with my Hawaiian friend. Her grandpa is from Canton Province in China, so her family loves Chinese food. Her dad makes some awesome Chinese dishes too!

這家餐廳座位於半山腰的斜坡上，前身聽說是一家很高級的西式宴會餐廳，主廚有不定期的無菜單料理，特別節慶大家會來慶祝，還有婚禮、高級的派對之類，可是不知道為何之前經營不善所以就收了！好可惜，因為我都沒有來過！哈哈

This restaurant located on the half way of a hill. It used to be a catering/ event fancy restaurant. I heard the Chef served awesome menus with steaks, prime ribs, and other gourmet dishes. People would come for special events like weddings, different celebrations, or date nights. Too bad it closed down cuz I have never tried before.

第一次在這麼環境優美的中餐吃飯，覺得好不可思議，畢竟很多中式餐廳給人的印象和優美沒有關係……呵呵呵，剛好今天去用餐的時候天氣超冷，雖然是秋天但是山上已經覆蓋了白雪，窗邊的樹上滿滿的秋葉，形成了一個很多彩的景象好美，因為我們是第一組客人，所以好像包場一樣的幽靜！

With the beautiful surrounding from the previous fancy restaurant, it felts quite amazing to dine in such an elegant Chinese restaurant. Most of the Chinese restaurants don’t relate to the word elegant. LOL! Today was a freezing day of temperature at 12 degree F in fall. So from the windows, I could see majestic mountains covered in white snow while the trees with red and yellow leaves by the windows. What an amazing scenery. We were the first set of guests of the day, so we had the whole restaurant for ourselves for like half an hour! So serenity.

菜單有飲茶、午餐特餐或是單點的中式菜，我們今天點了一些港式飲茶，試試看口味如何，改天人多一點再點單點的桌菜試試，中午的特餐有港式燒臘飯還有一些港式燒臘湯麵/河粉，感覺都還不錯，可惜可能場地的因素，所以這裡的港點並不是用推車推出來給客人選，而是點完現做送上，所以非常新鮮！

For lunch, you can choose from their dinner A La Cart dinner menu, lunch specials, and dim sum menus. Ｗe order some dim sum to try. Maybe I will order from the Chinese dinner a la cart menu with more people next time, so we can share. The lunch specials are some traditional Hong Kong Style BBQ of Char-Su and roasted ducks with rice/ Veggies or noodle soup sets. Maybe due to the venue, they don’t have those push around carts to let customers to choose dim sum straight. They made the dim sum right after ordering, so the food stays fresh.

今天的午餐體驗還不錯，食物很好吃！唯一希望以後港點選擇可以再多一些，改天再來試試不同的桌菜吧！

We had a great lunch! The food we ordered were pretty good. I hope they will have more options for dim sum in the future. I will have to come try other dishes in another day.
