I have been dreaming to have a KitchenAid Stand Mixer to make some stuff.
You can see this in almost all the cooking shows in cooking channel.
It is very handy to not just make dough, mashed potatos, whipped cream, mixing stuff,
but also it can be used to make Chinese meat balls.
Costco had a sale back in April with a $40 off plus mail in rebate for meat grinder attachment. So….Ben decided to buy this as my gift of the year.
It is for my birthday, anniversiry, Christmas, Mother’s Day, and so on present! Ha ha

Costco剛好在四月的時候有$40的折價券,
還可以有一個絞肉機.
所以就買了這個當作今年的生日禮物,結婚週年,聖誕節,還有母親節的禮物…
