We went to this new Japanese BBQ place called Umami in Vinyard!
We were pretty excited to try cuz it was not Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, nor L.A.
It’s just right in Vinyard, Utah County!
我們上禮拜六中午去嚐鮮附近新開的日式燒烤～
超開心就在家附近，不用殺到鹽湖城，拉斯維加斯，或是加州就有了！感動！
這家新開的日式燒烤叫做旨味日式燒烤！
For the past three years, you can see the population booming here in Utah. So Vinyard was a out of no where 3 years ago, but it’s a brand new developed city with a Megaplex Cinemark too!
最近這三年猶他州整個外來人口暴增，之前這個Vinyard 還是一個鳥不生蛋的地方，
竟然現在整個開發成一個新的城市還有一個超大的電影院！
I served LDS mission in Tokyo for 18 months, so I was pretty excited to try Umami Japanese BBQ.
我以前在日本東京傳教18個月(耶穌基督後期聖徒教會），所以超期待來試吃這間日式燒烤看有沒有一秒回日本的港覺～
There are ready to eat food like: curry, miso soup, gyoza, and edamame bean….
除了各種的肉類和蔬菜、蝦子，還有熟食區像是咖哩、味增湯、煎餃、毛豆、泡菜、水果、韓式拌麵…..等

We like how it eliminated the odor.

老闆說他們家的道具都是日本直送,
所以吃完以後不會全身都是燒烤味,
抽風系統做得很好,
因為附近也有幾家韓式燒烤,
不是抽風不好不然就是烤盤很容易卡燒焦的東西！
It come with the free store during grand opening…..
and kids for sure enjoy that!

After all……
We like how the way you can just go get your own food, instead of waiting forever to come.
Also, the variety choices of meat and ready to eat food items.
Price was good and the grills worked great!
And the most important part was it is quite authentic, so we don’t have to always drive 6 hours to Las Vegas for Japanese BBQ!
If they can play some Japanese music as background, that will add more Japanese atmosphere to it!
